Virtual courses are more interactive. They include one or more interactive webinar sessions with a qualified instructor, in real time. During these sessions you can ask questions and talk together just like in a classroom setting, but from the comfort of your office or home. After each session, you undertake online exercises to cement your new skills. You can undertake an optional exam and receive a certificate.
