Overview

This interactive course contains 20 lessons (approximately 21 hours) of training, with practical exercises throughout each lesson. This course was designed by FrameMaker trainers with over 15 years of teaching experience. By the end of the course, users will understand all the fundamentals of formatting FrameMaker structured documents. The course introduces the concept of a template and explains how to create new templates and how to use existing templates. It introduces paragraph and character formats and catalogues as well as master and reference pages. It presents these techniques for use both in setting up automatic formatting and in overriding format rules.
